Shipping & Returns

We ship all our orders by First Class Royal Mail Signed for and charge a standard charge of £3.00 per order to the UK this covers our packaging and postage

Your parcel will either be sent in a plain box or plastic mailing bag with no indication of the contents or sender ,further shipping info at the bottom of the page and international rates.

We will ship to Europe, Southern Ireland, USA, Australia, Canada,

 

It is our policy to inform you straightaway of any stock shortages and estimated delivery times and to keep you fully updated during your order process.

Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty items like for like not for an alternative. We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance via our returns page "HERE"  

We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this. Sizing charts appear in all catalogues or pricelists, and are also available on our website www.dreamgirl-lingerie-direct.co.uk and are extremely accurate.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked.

If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up and it is returned to us and you then cancel your order additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm so these will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping then the actual shipping cost will not be refunded on the return of the goods.

If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods then a full refund will be given minus any charges incurred by us for billing your card and then refunding your card.

 

 

We ship our Lingerie by First Class Royal Mail on UK orders, and Royal Mail Airmail for International orders

We always try to ship the next working day if funds clear by 18:00 GMT. If for some reason we are delayed for more than 3 working days, we cannot be responsible for delays incurred due to the postal service, or Government Customs and Immigration Services

Customs & Import Taxes

Customs and Excise can occasionally take an interest in international shipments, and apply Charges on importation. These charges vary from country to country, and there is usually an allowance on the amount that can be imported tax free in a single shipment. (Shipments to the UK/EU are free, as duty was paid when we import our products to the UK)

We have a list below of the approximate allowances for a number of countries we ship to. This is a guide only, and it is the customers responsibility to check on the current legislation in there county, and also the customers responsibility to pay any such charges levied.

If your order is likely to exceed these amounts, and you wish to split your order so each individual shipment is below the allowances, please do so, then inform us by email, and/or put it in the notes section of your order, and we will post the individual orders separately.

Please also note that Customs can occasionally delay shipments, though this is rare with most of the countries we ship our products to. The exception to this is Canada which has very strict customs controls and low duty free tariffs.
