Please remember - we aim to provide you with colour photographs which are as accurate as possible but there may be slight variations, such as with the browser set up on your computer.
Although we will alays try to avoid - ther may be a time when an error or inaccuracie will occur. This could include, price, colour or text. If we make such an error you will be notified of the correct details and asked if you wish to continue with your purhase or cancel your order.

Postage

We aim to ensure your parcel always reaches you without problem.  All parcels are insured and registered and as such the process via the post office has to be followed.  The parcel is not deemed missing until 15 days from the day of posting.  After this time the post office will investigate and check for proof of delivery. They will not do this until the 15 days is past.  Due this any missing items cannot be refunded until the 15 days has cleared and the post office has confirmed they were not delivered.

Delivery Lead Times

• Lead times are based on orders being placed on the specified order days.
  * For orders placed before 2pm subject to postal delays and weekends.
